London-based musician, Abdul Rasheed Bello aka JJC Skillz, asked for her hand in marriage, and the Nollywood actress said ‘YES’, thereby agreeing to marry him.
According to Entertainment Express, Funke Akindele was overwhelmed by the proposal of the singer and was moved to tears when he popped the big question. The unexpected proposal was reported to have taken place ‘a few weeks ago in Lekki on the set of her new TV Comedy Drama, Jenifa’s Diary’.
A source was quoted saying: “Their romance is not a rumour as many people believe. Funke Akindele said Yes to JJC Skillz when he proposed marriage some weeks ago while on set. I am sorry, I can’t give you photos even if you give me $1million. Just wait for them to officially announce it.”
